Miss Bea passed peacefully from this life in the arms of her Momma on February 13th, purring to her last breath. Miss Bea appeared on our porch two and a half years ago. She was so frail and exhausted that she could barely stand. The moment I picked her up and held her, she began to purr. No matter how cruel this world had been to her, she still showed so much love to others. Miss Bea quickly found her place in the family and became the queen of the house. She was small in size but great in spirit. She was the first to make sure everyone was OK and would break up sibling squabbles with a swat of her tiny paw. She will be missed so much by her Momma and fur-siblings. Miss Bea, your wings were ready, but our hearts were not.
