Creed Nelson

Creed, our beloved Great Dane and gentle giant, was born on December 5th 2016, and forever became part of our family on January 17th 2017.

Though he lived his life obnoxiously huge, he wasn’t always that way. We brought him home the size of a plush toy but, he always had the biggest paws. We knew he was destined to be a heart warming presence in our lives. 

Creed grew into an enormous, goofy soul always, right in your face. Constantly sharing his boundless love in hugs, kisses and large amounts of slobber. He had a special affection for water, and his joy prominent whenever he got the chance to splash around. When he was happy, Creed would gallop with joy like a horse, his sheer enthusiasm having an effect on everyone who was around. He was a sweet, gentle boy who loved everyone he met, and he melted hearts with his "stupid cute" look, especially when he proudly carried a toy in his mouth. 

Though his physical size was unnecessary, it was nothing compared to the size of his heart. Creed was our companion, and which one that instantly became family. Forever he will be a reminder of the pure joy that comes from unconditional love.

Creed, you may no longer be by our side, but you'll forever remain in our hearts.
